Biglia B545		B545 / B565 The new B545 / 565 models are the latest evolution of the established B510 series. BIGLIA now offers a range of high quality universal lathes that, thanks to the sturdy bed and the new BIGLIA turret, deliver: THE NECESSARY RIGIDITY ACCURACY RAPIDITY IN MACHINING all of this combined with GREAT RELIABILITY VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES. The modular concept enables a wide range of alternative specifications and functions, from simple turning to complete machining using live tools, sub-spindle and C/Y axis. The new B545 / B565 models are available in 6 versions with bar capacity of 45 mm or 65 mm allowing to meet your every requirement in every application. Biglia B650		B650 / B658 The new B650 range of machines is the latest product developed by BIGLIA in the field of technologically advanced machines. These models have enabled BIGLIA to achieve new goals in terms of productivity, reliability, quality and accuracy. Higher speed delivered by new built-in spindles offering higher rotation and acceleration ranges Higher accuracy achieved by the thermal stabilisation of the major heat sources (spindles, hydraulic unit and electrical cabinet) Higher productivity thanks to the sturdy turret design (index time has been drastically reduced to 0.1 sec), the higher acceleration range of the axes and the new built-in spindles featuring an “electronic gearchange box”. Biglia B1200		B1200 These series of sturdy universal CNC-lathes offering exceptional rigidity and maximum accuracy have been designed for consistent, heavy-duty machining. The B1200 models feature a long bed with a longitudinal stroke of 1300 mm (Z-axis) and a large bar capacity for the machining of long shafts and flanges up to 400 mm diameter. The more compact B658 models are particularly suitable for the machining of flanges, gears and discs. Biglia B470		B445 / B470 The new range of four-axis turning and milling centres featuring two spindles can perform simultaneous machining on both sides of any workpiece. The two turrets can also perform simultaneous machining on the main spindle. The layout of spindles and turrets, which may also be equipped with live tools, allows to reduce machining time and always get the finished parts. The concept of the B470 is the same as the B445 but this machine is more suitable for large-sized parts. Biglia B465		B446 / B465 20 years after the launch of the first QUATTRO machine, this range of double-spindle and double-turret turning centres for bar machining celebrating the third generation is now further enhanced by the new range of QUATTRO Y2: the latest evolution of the established B445/B470Y series. The main performance benefits offered by the 30-degree slant bed and the robust machine components such as the structure, guides and turrets are: - Great rigidity allowing to machine tough materials - Perfect removal of chippings - Reduction of cycle times and longer tool service life - Up to 30 tools available for machining of complex parts and reduced set-up times - Ergonomics and easy access for retooling operations. Biglia B765		B475 / B765 The new B 700 range of machines equipped with three turrets and fourteen axesis the la test product developed by Biglia in the field of high-performance twin-spindle bar turning centres.The three turrets can perform simultaneous machining using three tools at thesame time, thus reducing cycle time drastically. The combination of 36 live tool stations, 3 Y-axes, 2 C-axes and the possibility to accept up to 50 tools enables the complete machining of complexparts with the highest flexibility.
