Brother has developed a new magazine offering storage capacity for 100 tools, the most in the high-productivity SPEEDIO series. In addition to machining workpieces that require a large number of tools, it is possible to leave a large number of tools on the machine, reducing the time and effort required to change tools.

Tool Delivery Efficiency

A single tool is delivered in 5 seconds at minimum

Tools are delivered from the tool stockers to the turret magazine in 5 seconds at minimum. Tools used in machining programs can also be delivered in batches, significantly reducing downtime.
