With a table diameter of 650 mm and workpiece dimensions of up to around 500 x 500 x 500 mm, our U5-1530 is our model with the widest range of applications. As a result, it has been sold thousands of times in all areas of 5-axis machining.
The extended X-path and the additional rigid work table on the left in the work area enable both 3-axis and 5-axis machining within one machine. This includes 4-axis machining of shafts with a Tailstock. It couldn’t be more universal!
The high-precision Rotary tilting table with counter bearing and optional weight compensation in the tilting axis enables outstanding Indexing accuracy and dynamics in the 5-axis simultaneous range.
The Milling head, which can be moved in three axes, can accommodate different spindles with speeds of 12,000 to 20,000 rpm and is supplied by Tool magazines with up to 122 tools.
