The TTS125 is a highly productive machine that can be expanded with two or three or four turrets for processing bar stock up to 125 mm, but also for Chuck machining up to approx. 500 mm.
A 90 degree inclined bed allows free chip flow and optimum accessibility for the operator to the work area when monitoring the process and changing tools on the turrets.
The work area is generously dimensioned with a Spindle distance of 1,500 mm.
The motorized spindles with 125 mm bar capacity are unique and offer maximum power, torque and bar capacity and can be installed both as main and Sub-spindle.
Modern SPINNER Switching turrets with Servo drive for the swivel movement and high speeds in the driven tool thanks to direct drive allow short cycle times and high-performance machining even with large Chuck machining operations
It is possible to arrange a Steady rest on the left under the Main spindle, place it mirror-inverted on the right or even use two Steady rests. This flexibility makes the machine particularly suitable for mechanical engineering, especially for machining large and long workpieces.
A CNC tailstock is also available instead of the Sub-spindle
