The TTS85-XL is a highly productive machine that can be equipped with two, three or four turrets for processing bar stock up to 85 mm, but also for Chuck machining up to approx. 300 mm.
A 90 degree inclined bed allows free chip flow and optimum accessibility for the operator to the work area when monitoring the process and changing tools on the turrets.
With a Spindle distance of 2,100 mm, the working area is also ideal for large, long workpieces thanks to the extended bed.
Modern SPINNER Switching turrets with Servo drive for the swivel movement and high speeds in the driven tool thanks to direct drive allow short cycle times and high-performance machining even for large Chuck machining.
