The MICROTURN-Compact is a fine and hard turning machine with one spindle. It has a high-precision motor spindle that moves in the X and Z directions. This spindle guides the workpiece relative to the linear tool carrier or the turret.
The machine enables positioning and interpolation in the submicron range with minimal Thermal expansion. This allows the machining of demanding fits and contours in both small and large series.
