Biglia’s horizontal double-turret turning centres are engineered for high-productivity bar machining, featuring two robust servo-driven turrets and, in many models, twin spindles to allow simultaneous operation. These machines support multi-axis machining—including X, Z, and Y movements—and often incorporate live tooling for milling and drilling operations. Designed for precision and efficiency, they handle bar capacities typically in the 51–70 mm range and offer high spindle speeds (up to 5,000 rpm) and rapid traverses to minimize cycle times. The sturdy cast-iron construction ensures rigidity, while the modular design and flexible turret layout make them highly adaptable for various part geometries and demanding production environments.
