The OPS INGERSOLL EAGLE G80 Competition is a high performance die sinking EDM machine that pairs a generous working area with a small machine footprint. Built on the proven OPS INGERSOLL gantry design for maximum dynamics, it is powered by the EAGLE PowerSPARK generator, which makes it possible to achieve very fine, even matt gloss surfaces with graphite electrodes. A new cooling concept and a precision package with head, spindle nut and work tank temperature control deliver high thermal stability and accuracy, while the lowerable tank, ergonomic working height, integrated C axis and 20 position electrode changer provide excellent operating comfort.
