The OPS INGERSOLL GANTRY EAGLE Series is a range of die sinking EDM machines built on a proven gantry construction that gives excellent accessibility, geometric stability and precision. Powered by EAGLE PowerTEC technology, every model achieves outstanding surface quality, even on complex geometries. The range starts with the compact GANTRY EAGLE 400, an ideal entry into automated spark erosion for small precision work, and the GANTRY EAGLE 500 and 800 for small to medium sized workpieces. For large mould making, the GANTRY EAGLE 1200 and 1400 offer large working areas with high dynamics, while the GANTRY EAGLE 2000 is one of the largest die sinking EDM machines available, handling workpieces of up to 30 tonnes. Each machine features a lowerable work tank, ergonomic working height, integrated C axis and automatic electrode changer for a high level of operating comfort.
